FLIP GRATER | APRA Member since 2003

Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Flip Grater has recently returned from France where she recorded her fourth studio album ‘Pigalle’ – an album inspired by her love of travel and French culture, and which features collaborations with French musicians Nicolas Ker and Babx along with NZ’s own Geoff Maddock (Goldenhorse).

In 2006 she founded Maiden Records, an independent record label on which she has released her own work alongside music by Urbantramper and The Unfaithful Ways. A versatile and multi-talented artist - known for her intimate, nostalgic style - Flip is a former film-producer and radio presenter, a vegetarian spokesperson and animal rights advocate and a published author of two books that celebrate her combined passions for music, food and roaming the world.
